Now lets see
Nuclear weapons - get rid as we cant afford and having weapons of mass destruction is immoral and pointless
Recognising that todays terrorist is often tomorrows freedom fighter and that dialogue is more often than not the only way to resolve these issues
Look at resolving the falklands issue - why should we pay millions just so a bunch of people can live on a set of islands we appropriated years ago? Even Thatcher was looking to do just that before the Argies preempted matters.
I dont think standing up for the rights of the Palestinians is necessarily anti semitism
Let NI rejoin the republic and right another historical wrong and save the millions we spend propping up that place
Being clear on what NATO is for - i.e. defence rather than offence
Not selling arms to evil regimes aka Iraq, saudia Arabia etc.
All these are issues which most politicians do not wish to tackle, as there are no easy answers, yet at some point they have to be faced and discussed and the reality dealt with or may be they dont?We ignore the millions we waste and the human conflict and misery continues.
So waht your basically saying is that we like politicians who ignore the issues that need tackling, who appeal to our greed and baser instincts and any notion of creating a fair and equal society, building cooperation between nations and helping those of any nation who are worse off than ourselves?
No wonder we have the slimey ****ing *******s in poer then
