Don't bother buying in January.
Decent strikers come at a premium, not just the transfer fee either, wages have to be taken into account.
Any decent players signed permanant would have to be offered a two and a half year deal.
Better to bring loan players in who we may be able to offer a deal to at the end of the season. It's a two way deal bringing loan players in..." try before you buy".....did that with a few girlfriends in my younger days. 😍

Take the promotion if it's offered then work from there.
Would expect Ben Wiles to be in the team next season.

Great question.

For me I'd go for a mixture of a couple of much needed players with experience in January in addition to 2 or 3 players from lower divisions. If 1 of the experienced players is a loan then so be it.

A good investment in another coach could be worth a lot more than 1 player.

If we are willing to pay a fee for Moore which get's turned down we can offer a fee for the right striker. Don't want players who haven't been playing like 2 from the blunts that have been mentioned. Sooner get Dom Ball back. If Emmanuel stops & Dom ball comes back all we need is cover for Potter, a left sided forward & a striker. Also would send Rodak back & get a more solid keper in.

Dominic Ball can't even get in the Aberdeen team and we all know how poor Scottish football is.

Saw him on telly a couple of months back. He was pretty anonymous and got subbed at half time. Think we should stay well clear of him and let him stay there. They might even WANT to send him back.
