I see the anti-terror police are looking in to the death of another Russian that died whilst in Britain. Some dude who had already been jailed in his motherland and had gained political asylum in the UK. I fail to believe that his death hadn't been treated as suspicious before but oh well.

No, they are not dead. But very unlikely to survive as their organs start shutting down. It's pretty clear it's Putin's way of warning other spies as to what might happen to them even if they escape out of Russia, but y'know, y'all keep peddling conspiracy theory sh!te if you want.
