Interesting filing at Companies House by Fooball Rader on 4th July, basically regarding a loan.
Wouldn't be at all surprised. He has form for it too.

I see a short extension on Wednesday to prolong Hardys bull some more. This man is sending is to liquidation and for some reason dragging his feet cos he is ****ting a brick of what he's done.
Of course, most of what has gone on is complete speculation, but Swale definitely knew more than he could let on, and he seemed optimistic based on what he knew.
Another question while I'm here: if the Danes really don't have much money behind them, what they hell are they doing trying to buy a failing non-league club riddled with debt? Hopefully there's more to the consortium than the two people we sort of know about. Presumably the only reason Hardy favours them of the SAs is that they are offering him more money, so that could be seen as a statement of intent.
To be honest, I don't really care too much if they aren't loaded - as we've discussed on a different thread, it's time we started living within our means and using money more wisely. My major gripe at this stage is either that the court don't buy it and refuse to give us another extension, or they give us another extension until sometime in August, meaning we'll be unable to recruit for the new season. So we're either not going into the new season, or we are but in one hell of a state.
We could be in this position again in 18 months unless they have big backers
TBF to Alan, and I honestly don't feel we owe it to him, he never said in his last update that it was the S/A's???
Notts County owner and chairman Alan Hardy has provided a further update on his attempts to find a buyer for the club.
I am very pleased to say that, following hugely constructive talks today and over the weekend, I am extremely confident that a sale will be completed ahead of our upcoming court hearing on 10 July.
Conversations with a group who I am certain have Notts’ footballing fortunes at heart are now at an advanced stage and I am sure supporters will be delighted to hear their plans for the club.
Apologies, once again, that I am unable to reveal any identities. At the request of all parties, this remains private business until formalities are completed. I can, however, confirm that we have ceased talks with the group associated with Alex May.
Should our talks progress further as planned, I will be liaising with the prospective new owners to rectify the current situation regarding player and staff salaries at the earliest opportunity. I deeply regret being unable to fulfil this obligation to my employees and hope - and expect - there will be a speedy resolution.
I am also aware that a great deal of cynicism is likely to come my way in response to this update, which I can understand following an immensely frustrating and disappointing chapter in the club’s history.
However, I felt it was only right to bring supporters up to speed following the significant developments of the last few days.
Tried to make some sense of this.
It appears that there is a ‘Negative Pledge’ clause (not sure what this is or means but if you google it, it makes interesting reading - I think it’s to protect the money you are lending).
Sounds like the sort of thing you would do when making a purchase in circumstances like at Notts! I think you might be on to something!
I know the rules of the forum are that it must always be AH’s fault, but isn’t it just as likely that he got fed up waiting for SA to make up their mind and went elsewhere?
