There's all sorts of rules and regulations for this competition Brin.
Too many to mention. That's why he can't play a side full of youngsters. Rules dictate the team he can choose. They have to have played so many matches, highest number of starting appearances in the first team,
If they flout the rules they risk a fine of £5k.
