I fail to understand why people can queue to get into supermarkets and B and Q yet they are not allowed to play on a golf course throughout Scotland.
It is crazy..
If the scientists have their way we will be in a lockdown for months. It would be a different story if these scientists were likely to be made redundant.
Because golf is mainly played by a section of the community the SNP ain't that keen on.Quote:

Golf is played throughout Scotland by people from all walks of life.
In my opinion it was a stupid and ill thought out decision by the Scottish Golf Union to close all golf courses in Scotland. Golf is one sport where social distancing can easily be observed.
It is all right for people to queue up to enter B and Q but a person cannot play golf on a golf course.
Alex Salmond was a keen golfer and if he had still been First Minister the golf courses would have been open this Wednesday.
Nippy on the other hand has no interest in golf so the golf courses are remaining closed.
