Very true BT. I still find it amazing that we have a manager in his 8th season at the Turf who has worked wonders for the Club in general, both on and off the field, however, there are still plenty of fans who don't understand his methods for getting results.
He really does what a manager of anything should do by utilising the players he has available in the best possible way to maximise results.
We are never going to be an exciting team to watch unless we can recruit a few more players such as McNeil who has the capacity to excite and raise expectations when he is on the ball. Until that day arrives Sean will utilise his players, instil discipline and his methods to get results ---why? -----because it works. This season we have recorded 12 wins with 7 matches to play and our best season, with 14 wins was two seasons ago when we finished 7th.
Enjoy these times because they have been a bonus as far as I am concerned because I never thought that I would see the day that we won promotion to the PL, let alone to be holding our own in the league.
I am really happy here i got news that they all had a sip if whiskey, sang and danced to Elgars 'Nimrod', but what happened next not sure ,but it worked!!!!
I say it like I find it bfcjon.
Garlick had a serious stroke of good fortune when he hired Sean Dyche.
Dyche's record at Burnley needs no amplification from me and to not back him, not listen to him and to disconnect himself from our best manager since Harry Potts, smacks of "Bob Lord Syndrome" to me. :blue:
What bothered me today is Villa's loss at home to Wolves. They go down,Grealish leaves,Manager gets sacked, money available, big Club with potential, need I go on?
