Good luck to him at Ipswich, he's a natural striker regarding the positions he gets himself into in the box that's for sure, but unfortunately he misses a lot of chances and goes missing in too many games which is why he's staying in league1.
Ipswich is a good move for him and I genuinely wish him well there. UTM
Who knows.
If he knew when to shoot hed be deadly. Ive seen lazy strikers get in good positions and score... He however was brilliant at getting the ball and keeping it at his feet long enough to somehow drop any momentum from his own movement.
Bizarre player in many respects but i very much believe he would work well as a sole focus in an attacking three.
good luckto him
I'm glad he's help Rotherham United to advance but I'm happy to see the back of him. His attitude after the Cardiff match last season would have seen him leave earlier with countless other managers. How Warne has put up with him and use him for the betterment of the club is credit to Warne and the staff.
Has he been chasing a transfer since the end of the relegation season? Only he knows but I strongly believe that his performances did merit one in the January transfer window but for his transfer request. A stupid selfish move that sums the bloke up.
I wish him well and hope that he finds peace on the bench 20 minutes closer to London
Shows the closer to London stuff was bull. It's not really, is it?
He'll never change...odd fantastic performance interspersed with absolute rubbish. I remember Plymouth fans saying as much when he joined us and they weren't wrong. Possibly the worst first touch on a player I've ever seen.
One of the things Ladapo has managed to do at every club he's played for (and a few that he hasn't) is alienate a large section of the fans. I wonder how long the honeymoon will last at Ipswich before he starts looking for that illusive club and manager who will truly appreciate the unique talent that he thinks he has.
In my time in watching the Millers ,I would class Freddie as slightly above average for us.
Not a patch on Smith, Lee,Le Fondre,Robins,or even Revell, but better than plenty others.
How it ended was more disappointing than his air shots.
