It's been running under my "stewardship" for about 7 years without too much bother, I have tried to improve the forum but keep getting held back by ex-grammar school pupils, it's hard being born on the wrong side of the tracks. B)Quote:

Watched the first episode of I Claudius last night, it did seem a bit dated but it would have been surprising if it wasn't showing it's age. It took me some time to work out just who was who and the relationships between them, it's all very complex and incestuous, but I got there in the end I think. A young Brian Blessed as Augustus is excellent as was Ian Ogilvy as Drusus, but George Baker as Tiberius seemed a bit wooden to me, perhaps he was embarrassed by his knobbly knees being on display. Overall though I enjoyed it, looking forward to E2 sometime this weekend.
