Peltier with the same staff, a man with no managerial experience. That's exactly what we need.

I'm not one of those people Cayton..you could easily get on with me..but I've still got an opinion of the club..when warney went , we lost continuity of the club..as from Ronnie Moore etc..they were all people who understood the club and knew what the club was all about...I fear we've lost that now..we need someone like Steve Evans back..I bet he'd walk here..
Sad to see but this could be it for MT
Majority of fans seem to have made their mind up. Definitely not getting the best out of the squad we have and in some ways he will be cursing staying up last season. He really needed a successful season building a team in league 1, changing our old philosophies and doing what he was very successful at Exeter.
I still believe we need someone that can follow through that vision.
The Rotherham way, true grit, hard graft, play for the shirt..... It's all a bit cliché to be honest and no different to what any other club of working class fans and perceived underdogs prescribes too. Like a Rocky movie it gives hope and excitement but it's nothing like the reality of boxing.
To establish ourselves in the championship we need to play a style of football that's sustainable and effective. To compete for the needed 20 players capable of this we have to develop and produce quality assets.
We could have had 6 or 7 prospects like Nombe and Tiehi if be had got our just rewards from the Ogbene and Barlaser departures.
Experienced championship manager that can revive our current team and hang around long enough to develop and build what's needed?
I dont post much but for 2 months ive been consistent- get warnock in
