I don't want Royal Mail

Might be wrong here , but don't think Saturday is an overtime shift for royal mail workers , many companies now employ more people on less hours eg 16hrs to 25 hours contracts , thus eliminating overtime , and we the taxpayer get left with the cost of the benefit hand outs to top up their wages , while the companies profits soar

Can't you read? If you say no it will come as no surprise to anyone on here. I work extra hours but don't get paid at all for them.

I've negotiated an increased salary and conditions that mean I have a decent amount of flexibility with hours. I work extra but can take the odd day off if I want or need it. I'm happy to do that, wouldn't you be? I doubt any employer such as mine would employ your type right enough; would cause nothing but trouble with that mouth of yours.

So you DON’T work ‘extra’ hours, just a set amount.

No, I work extra hours. Even after taking some flexi time back I still work more than I take.

I'm not flip flopping and, as you know, am not a racist. But of course you go back to that every time you've made a rip roaring erse of yourself so I kind of half expected that one.
