This could probably be the cause of our failings of late,even the most ardent of us know that we have dropped form ......badly, not only that but we don't seem to be able to sustain playing the way we play for 90/95/100 minutes in any game of late, we seem to get dreary at the start, look like a team for the next 30 mins, then start to callapse after around 65/70 minutes.We seem to perk up a little when we are pressed then get too knackered to carry on.

Jatta & the rest of our team should be comfortable playing until the final whistle, so what is wrong?. It has to be something to do with the training or more precisley the lack of it, maybe SM, if he is too pally with the players should stop it, get down to dedication that will take us to the end of each game, then the next and so on till the end of the season.

I guess Jatta is used to a midwinter break, but even so, can he really be that physically drained? He’s played 29 games so far this season, four fewer than Matty Platt. Also, given how static we can look during games when we’re in possession, is it really that tiring a job being a forward for us? It’s not like we’re making lots of runs in behind the opposing defence.

Part of the problem, perhaps, is that he’s had to play a lot of 90 minutes because we don’t have another option on the bench.

You can't compare the work rate of MP and AJ. MP moves across the pitch in a fairly narrow band will AJ covers front to back of the pitch and at a sprint and under physical pressure.

It would appear that there is a cost cutting element happening, no replacement for the coaches, no replacement for head of recruitment, no quality back up in January Transfer market. I can honestly say I really don't know where we will pick up any more points this season, sounds drastic, but with a point from 6 against two poor teams, very poor performances for 6/7 games. NO JJ NO McGOLDRICK, NO AUSTIN Manager clueless, and thin in quality with the squad, cant see us getting anything in at least the next 4 games? Wimbledon and Chesterfield will take us apart. Brothers need to be sorting out now, a quality manager and coaching staff, together with at least 6 quality new players to have a chance next season pf promotion. we need to clear out the dross that has not worked to the radar prediction, This needs to be in place before the end of this wasted season or attendances will be back to the 5000 norm.

You make a couple of good of good points re back filling positions, it is odd there has been no movement, or indication that this is in process, the rest seems to be emotional histrionics.

I get we have been below par recently, but some of this is very, very pessimistic and drastic.

Wimbledon have 5 points from the last 15 available; the exact same as us.
Chesterfield have 3 points from the last 15 available, have lost 4 in a row and are 16th in the league.

Add to this the non-opening of the MLSB on Tuesday. Nothing on the Official site to explain why (there was info on here though). We used the MLSB entrance as a meeting point and there was a procession of people looking puzzled when they walked up. The stewards were saying it was due to an event due the following day, but are we seriously saying the club can?t staff and resource the MLSB 2 days in a row? It was a scheduled home game, so should have taken priority in any event.
The lack of communication on all levels from the club lately on all of the issues noted above is worrying.
