Had a wee look on there, more QC's than Perry Mason 😁
They seem to think they have the upper hand and it will go to Court of Session, but they would think that wouldn't they.

I really am not surprised at how slow its going,3 FN days to decide whether there should be a court case.If the judge decides its getting settled in the court of session the fixtures release will need to be cancelled.
You cannot release the fixtures with United/Hearts it just doesna work like that.
Hearts seem to arguing that this is not a football matter such that they can take it to court. Sounds nonsense to me - this is about football !!!
I think most likely it goes to arbitration - presume the SFA would support spfl but that would be next battle in the endless and expensive war
Had a read of an update from todays court proceedings on EF.
Hearts QC arguing that its not a football dispute and so cannot go to arbitration.
If its not a ****ing football dispute then how can they contest relegation and promotion?
They have already said they are not disputing the final placings, awarding of champions trophy and European qualification....... But they are disputing the legality of the ****ing vote in the first place!
Now I've no legal training of any kind at all, but that my friends sounds like an absolute pile of ****e!
I posted many, many, many pages ago that a court case will see the Dees CEO swearing on the bible and i stand by that tonight.Whatsapp, whats up? and phuck up's will be top of the bill,FACT.
Even if the DFC vote went in with a no I was under the impression they they could in fact change it up to 28 days later anyway. In other words there are no SPFL rules broken here. Just can't see the argument hearts are trying to bring to be honest.
