I tend to agree CT although there is some sense of achievement in working through the logic to get to the eventual answer. I remember I was cock-a-hoop the day I opened with UNCLE, got a green in 2 and 4 and devised KNOLL correctly on my 2nd guess. I haven't failed yet in 35 attempts so will keep going as long as the streak does and then I'll probably throw the laptop out the window XD In all those days there are still 5 letters of the alphabet that haven't ever been used so I wish they'd switch it up a bit.

Just tried it for the first time ever on the NYT website. Very odd. I prefer the Times on Saturday 10 letter anagram.

Some day's it's like that Monty. That's similar to when I started, getting it in 2 after a totally random first guess.

I did think whatever score I got today will be how many we will score tonight …so 3-0 I reckon….
