Was focused on stepping in to hit the ball which was about to be delivered from automatic ball machine firing 50 of 'em at me over 2 minutes when my 'ball collector' dashed over wanting her stroke time too!

When concentrating on your strokes it's important to hold the shaft firmly, on the backstroke perhaps two hands are needed, all about hand to eye co-ordination, else you will end up with them balls in your face... nice doggie stylee
