I had exactly the same thought so no you didn’t miss anything as it was William Donald who invested £3.5M with this money going to the Bank of Scotland who took this as final payment in respect of around £10M of bank debt. All that Milne did was convert £4M of money that Stewart Milne Group had put in over the years from debt to shares.Quote:
