Flashes of amazing and lots of awful. He might have a lot about him but blooding him in the second half of a potential promotion season is an interesting decision.

But as everyone knows it?s much harder to find value in January. It?s not my club but occasionally, I would have thought, some short term thinking is required, particularly when youve received an unexpectedly large transfer fee.

Weve been in the promotion places I think every January since the owners have been at Notts, how many game changers have been signed in those transfer windows? None, as far as I can remember. Not a criticism, just an observation.

Absolutely agree on the second part of that. I think Grant was DCs obvious replacement, but he has not hit the heights either.

Jodi Jones is the only one, though Jatta did score goals last season after signing.

We got badly burned on the Morias transfer and I really hope we didn’t spend much on Jarvis, who is giving off Will Randall vibes right now.

Just watched the Accy v MK highlights and had to laugh at Nemane. He was just jogging around trying his hardest to not get involved at all XD Stanleys first was a joke from Nemane, no effort at all XD

I'm not even sure Crowley was playing :confused:
