The term rookie is not a subjective term or an insult. It's a correct description of Wassall's state in his current job.
The job is new to him and he is learning - he knows it and we know it, and hopefully he takes it into account in the way he takes decisions e.g by asking advice.

Ellafella--------WOW What a great message. Perhaps you should post this every day for a month because it is difficult to get this type of thing through------As Disrali said----It is so much easier to be critical than correct.

Let's start trying to provide positive support --even when things don't go right (and they won't sometimes).
