Don't know about "just has many" certainly more than a few and more than they were several years ago, plain nasty pieces of work some of them, every club has them and its never going to go away.

what's the point if you cant understand it, no where in my post did I try to justify your son being spat on, another poster put a balanced view that seemed quite reasonable that you deemed insensitive. Let me make this clear to you, I find it appalling that you had to run the gauntlet of these creatures while your son was being spat on, the same as I did when Mrs T's children were being swore at and spat on, they walk among us too, not just Coventry. I took it that would go without saying for any reasonable person.
Navy
So sorry to hear that
Hope your lad gets the football fizz back
Scum bags
I will note though on there last visit to meadow lane they were threatening people over Trent bridge and waiting around in there groups.
They are the typical scumbags that ruin things for many innocent people.
South bank had all kinds of problems that day and if they have any sense they will shut
We walked from tbi and it wasn’t a nice feeling at all.
I hoping for a notts county devastating performance to keep them hoodlums n the bottom tier
I did have several good conversations with cov fans in tbi and no issues
But spitting is the lowest of lows
So sorry for your lad navy
I'm not really sure why you've seemingly taken offence at my post. I started by stating that what happened to you and your lad was shocking - it has no place anywhere. I was simply pointing out that not all the Cov fans were scumbags, which I don't think is controversial is it?
No I don't think it was insensitive, if I did, I wouldn't have wrote it. So sorry if my choice of words has offended you.
Dad and I used to go to other games sometimes to watch different teams when I was a kid and went to see Stoke against someone I can't remember at the Britannia and there were three Stoke fans kicking the **** out of an away fan in the middle of the high street. Only time I've ever seen owte like that.
This is your first post on the matter. In the second sentance you suggest that all Coventry fans are a "disgusting bunch of tossers" and in your final sentance you state that "a fcuking lot" are "dickheads".
So my " balanced view " is that this is not in fact true. I imagine the vast majority of Coventry fans are perfectly nice people who were simply watching their team play a game of football.
I've made it as clear as I can that what happened to you was just awful. But to blame this on all Coventry fans is wrong.
I disagree....Notts fans are generally respected wherever I have been, PURELY BECAUSE we do NOT have a chav, "look at me, I'm tough" element......and long may it continue......the only time I have ever seen Notts fans acting "chavvy" was after the defeat at the Forest Ground in the last cup game.....a group in front of the six of us were continually goading Forest fans as we walked past the cricket ground towards Trent Bridge...luckily they were all arrested and made to stand against the wall outside one of the chip shops.....great......99% of the time I have traveled away, I have been well treated and respected
