Not only is this a false quote, the person libelled is taking people to court about it.

As much as I’d like to see Mr Dam up before the beak, I wouldn’t like to see the website sued.

I've been wrong on a lot of things on here mate and I would like to offer a wholehearted apology. In the spirit of reconciliation, I'm sure you'd like to offer me an apology on your frequent homophobic comments about the Royal Navy. Implying that you might have had *** with some of your naval colleagues isn’t homophobic. Unless of course you think *** between men is something to be ashamed of.

And don’t for a moment pretend you care about homophobia or any other sort of prejudice. Your contributions on here clearly tell us you don’t.
