Correct. I thought Martin played well and didnt deserve to go off.

Dan's a fantastic footballer with a human frailty. To be honest, if I had his ability I'd probably want to be the centre of attention and show off too, but when he starts to do that and holds onto the ball too long for no reason, it isn't helping him or the team. Bostock had the same trait. It's probably a big reason why Crowley and Bostock are playing at lower league level when their talent if honed correctly could have graced a far bigger stage. When the switch flicks subconsciously into 'show pony' mode, Crowley could do with a Roy Keane type to give him a sharp clip round the lughole and get him back focused and playing for the team.
There?s a really specific problem with Crowley - most mercurial creative players are inconsistent, but when they?re not on it they tend to be anonymous. Crowley insists on getting on the ball so much that when he has a bad game (or half) it?s actively really detrimental to everything we?re trying to do. And, as with us as a team, his good performances tend to come against weaker teams where he has the run of things and his poorer ones against good teams who put him under pressure.
I?ve slagged him off a bit in the match thread, but he still very nearly levelled it up with a fantastic run and finish near the end.
As with the team he does have a bit of the flat track bully about him but we do have a lot of apparent rubbish to play, starting on Saturday, so I hope he stays.
Someone on twitter mentioned about how Platt got smacked square in the face in the build up to their goal but didn?t go down which kind of sums up to me about why we keep coming up short in games like today?s.
We were on a downward spiral until he came back but if you want a scapegoat....
Didzys a carthorse, Crowley is a greedy sod, Maynards a Muppet not forgetting the 3 stooges and didn't you want to get rid of Martin? It's only your positivity that keeps you going Durham😜.
I hate to say it but I think Didzy is fast approaching his best before date (well not fast because, quite naturally, he has lost a yard or two).
