After being a ST holder for a very long time I would gladly watch rugby league or union being played at the NYS Stadium.
Put league football at NYS on the back burner for a couple of seasons then review/revisit whether it has any real significance in our lives in Rotherham. That may create eruptions within the EFL and FA. Has a football club ever been mothballed? It would certainly place us on the map whether for the right or wrong reasons.
When the club is paying individuals more than they are actually worth it's time to call it a day. Those well paid individuals bring nothing to the club or team on or off the bench. The club and NYS need a radical reset. A big shake up is what's needed.
Those business individuals reported to have been shown around NYS last weekend may not be directly involved in football. Think about it. Who would want to invest in a club that has no real direction and valuable assets are being sold off?
I don't have a tin helmet so I won't be polishing it up for action any time soon.
PS Good job another helmet is in good nick. No polish required.
Up The Millers!!!
Had to laugh, after reading a report on Cohen Bramall transfer -
" Cohen Bramall on his way to Fratton Park, after a bid from Rotherham United was accepted "
So we are paying Portsmouth to take him, media needs to read before printing a story
If he does leave then we have no cover at all for either full back, that can`t be good.
Cohen is a strange player, not got a defensive brain to be a defender, and not really good enough to play as a winger, but he has got amazing pace, which is something we are badly lacking in.
So unless we are getting a direct replacement it would be mad to let him go,lets see what happens in the next couple of days.

Rotherham boss Steve Evans says Millers defender Cohen Bramall's rumoured move to Portsmouth is far from a done deal.
So, we have an academy kid in….wow. That will really help midfield in D1 among men.
I think we need to see him before we judge him. Paul Scholes was a Man United academy midfielder once and he turned out pretty good. Didn't he?
