Some nice stuff in the first half. Thought Morris was man of the match. Pity the subs didn't really take the chance to make an impression. But the first 11 really did the business.
Now, the inevitable semi-final defeat to septic? Or is it really our year to win something?

Leighton Clarkson should never be out of ourr first pick eleven. He had the jutes running around in circles in the second half last week, and was outstanding until slowed down by an injury today.
Well done Dons, hinna managed to see any of it but happy to be through to the semi. That?ll do nicely.
Just home. A very nice afternoon at Pittodrie and a deserved win. Made heavy work of it towards the end, but who gives a flock as we always looked comfortable, especially in attack.
Hard to pick a MOTM as a I thought Clarkson and Shinnie were both superb, but you have to hand it to Morris today. Took his chance (in the starting line up) well and should be rightly p*ssed off if Okkels is back in the team for the next match. A fair old turnaround for the loon from that horrible night against Motherwell just over a year ago.

The pressure was all on us today and the 4-1 score line suggests we took care of the match comfortably enough.

Just watched the highlights. That Nisbet finish was sublime. Shows the difference a bit of confidence makes to a player.
