John Bostock on trial with Swansea somehow. I presume they're just helping with his fitness but playing him in a friendly over their own players is a bit odd.

Not a player but...
Harry Kewell has been sacked from his latest managerial role at Japanese side Yokohama F Marinos after a poor run of results, less than seven months after taking over the role.
I doubt he's be keeping fit at Swansea when he lives in Notts and one reason he came t us was that he could be with his son more as they were settled. I'm guessing his wages were a reason to not offer him a new contract more than his playing ability which is a shame.
I’d say age was/is catching up with him now though. He looked a different player for the last half of the season. Not taking anything away from the impact he did have the season before, but from my seat, he looked leggy, slow and took the backwards pass far too often.
If he ends up signing for Swansea..I’ll be amazed if they think he can cut it for them. In fact if I was a Swansea fan and the club were even thinking it…I’d be mightily pi!!ed off.
As the point a couple of posts ago said, starting him in a friendly is bizarre enough above Swanseas own players. Experience is great, until it’s not great anymore.
He’s just confirmed on ****ter he was only there for a fitness boost. He’s now off to “find a new adventure.”
Still strange to start him in a friendly though. Surely LW must have said give us a game and we’ll make a call on it…and now they have?
Kasper Schmeichel signs for Celtic.
Harden Holly's has joined Cheaterfield as an academy coach while still playing part time for Tamworth in the National league.
Good luck to him.
That should be Holly's!
That should be Hollis
That should be Haydn.
