Before his goal Newell was our least effective player, which seems to be the case when he starts. He redeemed himself with the goal. As you say - quick reactions, excellent turn and shoot. Such a talent. If he could do it for 90 minutes we couldn't afford him.Quote:

Our performances lately are almost reminiscent of the fun-to-watch, pre Championship Steve Evans era, where we were a constant threat going forward, and getting in the oppositions faces, not giving opponents a second on the ball. Although that team had a bit more quality, the signs are there that Warney learned something from that era.
