Could get interesting tomorrow ( Saturday ) thunderstorms and heavy rain forecast for the third round .
They are tipping some players may have to complete their rounds early on sunday morning before starting their last round .
Depends when the weather closes in but it could affect the front runners .
My man Ricky Fowler still remains on -2 and no improvement on his opening round , he needs to shoot a 66 or 67 today in my opinion to get himself into contention , could be difficult given the weather forecast .
Patrick Reed leads on -9 but I'm not convinced , Spieth and McIlroy are not too far away and have the major winning credentials and Stensen is also worthy of consideration for a punt going into the weekend .
As ever at Augusta the player going out in front on sunday will need his A game with the pack behind putting on the pressure .
We are set for drama on sunday night more or less guaranteed , I'll stick my neck out and say Rory could well win this with an under par round today as I expect Reed to start feeling the heat .
The winning score may be around -10 or slightly less. Dustin Johnson looking good and so is Rory. Patrick Reed is a good player as proven at the Ryder cup but theres the question mark of pressure being up there as leader and never having won a major. I fancy DJ winning. Superb round yesrerday. John Rahm could creep into contention too.
