By the time I got to it yesterday afternoon in SF there were only two unsolved clues left. However, entirely down to me since there was plenty of time before that when it was up (and I was working in the garden!)
I did a bit on 17 and got as far as Alan being the first word but for some reason just couldn’t get Swann. I’ve probably not been following events as closely as I should.
2. Was a bit vague, as you say, Roly until you changed it and I saw it straight away. CAM was looking in before me so got there first - well done!
Anyway, good quiz again and as before many thanks for putting it together. I may have scored a duck but I really appreciate having my brain challenged - especially in these days of Covid!
