Don't ask me Sub, I gave up to the insanity long ago. Maybe you could ask Boris, he's supposedly in charge, but I doubt he has any more idea than me or you what's going on.

Wales BANS public transport users from talking on mobile phones, reading newspapers, eating food or running for the bus in new Covid rules
Wales has banned public transport users from talking on the mobile phone, reading newspapers or consuming food and drink while on the bus or train, as it combats the spread of coronavirus.
The government directive also orders passengers not to run for the bus, or run in major transport hubs such as railway stations.
And it says people should travel in 'relative silence' with no 'loud activities' like singing happening on board.

DR Cameron
Thank you, Mr Deputy Speaker. As chair of the all-party parliamentary group for disability, I have been hearing concerns from those who may be exempt from wearing face masks but are fearful of being confronted because not all disabilities are visible. Will the Secretary of State join me in congratulating East Kilbride’s Hannah Kelsall on developing free “chase the rainbow” carry cards that explain this exemption? Ultimately, no one should ever be challenging vulnerable people outside. It takes a lot of courage for many to leave their homes, but these innovative cards are providing reassurance for many across my constituency and beyond.
Hancock
It is very important that, as a society, we look out for the most vulnerable, especially through this epidemic. The initiative that the hon. Lady describes is just one way in which we can all support people who have particular circumstances, and it relates directly to the introduction of the mandatory use of face coverings in shops, because there are important exemptions. It is important that people are able to express that they have an exemption because of their medical condition requiring them not to wear a mask, so that they can still shop.

Masks are neither effective nor safe:
A summary of the science
Colleen Huber, NMD
July 6, 2020
At this writing, there is a recent surge in widespread use by the public of facemasks when in public places, including for extended periods of time, in the United States as well as in other countries. The public has been instructed by media and their governments that one’s use of masks, even if not sick, may prevent others from being infected with SARS-CoV-2, the infectious agent of COVID-19.
A review of the peer-reviewed medical literature examines impacts on human health, both immunological, as well as physiological. The purpose of this paper is to examine data regarding the effectiveness of facemasks, as well as safety data. The reason that both are examined in one paper is that for the general public as a whole, as well as for every individual, a risk-benefit analysis is necessary to guide decisions on if and when to wear a mask.
In this meta-analysis, face masks were found to have no detectable effect against transmission of viral infections. It found: “Compared to no masks, there was no reduction of influenza-like illness cases or influenza for masks in the general population, nor in healthcare workers.”
This 2020 meta-analysis found that evidence from randomized controlled trials of face masks did not support a substantial effect on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility.
This 2019 study of 2862 participants showed that both N95 respirators and surgical masks “resulted in no significant difference in the incidence of laboratory confirmed influenza."
This 2016 meta-analysis found that both randomized controlled trials and observational studies of N95 respirators and surgical masks used by healthcare workers did not show benefit against transmission of acute respiratory infections. It was also found that acute respiratory infection transmission “may have occurred via contamination of provided respiratory protective equipment during storage and reuse of masks and respirators throughout the workday.”
A 2011 meta-analysis of 17 studies regarding masks and effect on transmission of influenza found that “none of the studies established a conclusive relationship between mask/respirator use and protection against influenza infection.” However, authors speculated that effectiveness of masks may be linked to early, consistent and correct usage.
Face mask use was likewise found to be not protective against the common cold, compared to controls without face masks among healthcare workers.
Are masks safe?
During walking or other exercise
Surgical mask wearers had significantly increased dyspnea after a 6-minute walk than non-mask wearers.
Researchers are concerned about possible burden of facemasks during physical activity on pulmonary, circulatory and immune systems, due to oxygen reduction and air trapping reducing substantial carbon dioxide exchange. As a result of hypercapnia, there may be cardiac overload, renal overload, and a shift to metabolic acidosis.
It must also be considered that masks impede the necessary volume of air intake required for adequate oxygen exchange, which results in observed physiological effects that may be undesirable. Even 6- minute walks, let alone more strenuous activity, resulted in dyspnea. The volume of unobstructed oxygen in a typical breath is about 100 ml, used for normal physiological processes. 100 ml O2 greatly exceeds the volume of a pathogen required for transmission.
The foregoing data show that masks serve more as instruments of obstruction of normal breathing, rather than as effective barriers to pathogens. Therefore, masks should not be used by the general public, either by adults or children, and their limitations as prophylaxis against pathogens should also be considered in medical settings.

At least one organisation is refusing to co-operate with this lunacy, the Police. Numerous forces are telling shopkeepers, if there are people in your shop refusing to wear a mask, don't ring us, we won't be attending, we have better things to do with our time. Good for them, and bear in mind this is a police service utterly obsessed with investigating and prosecuting the most trivial of offences, such as so-called hate crimes on Twitter. That even our PC obsessed police don't want to get involved tells you all you need to know about the utter stupidity and futility of making face mask wearing in shops mandatory.
I think (hope) they've learnt a lesson - Sinkov.....folk being prosecuted for crimes that dont exist - the abuse of legal regulations...turning Government Guidance into Law, so issuing thousands of Illegal fines on the innocent - causing the CPS to review every single one (something never before seen)...now we have more draconian measures with this "face muzzle" madness...brought to us under an amendment of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 : 45r emergency procedure a statutory instrument brought about without any basis in medical science - and without any draft put to either house - It hasn't gone unnoticed (unless your the BBC et al) a few MPs have made repeated attemps in asking the Government to offer reasons for their actions in what makes this a "serious and imminent threat to public health - "after the lockdown" and months after the supposed peak. So what data ar they looking at....why haven't they reviewed the regs (a legal requirement) - why no democratic debate, no allowance for Parliamentary scrutiny - it's should be obvious to all by now - it's called a Dictatorship - Wake the Fluck up People !
