Big Sam was never the right call but it was hard to justify keep Gracia considering how easily we were getting beaten. Marsch was the big problem, he managed to coach any desire, fitness and talent out of a squad that once was full of it. Agreed, and as I said on one of the posts in the "relegation" thread, go back a bit further to the "roasting" of Marsch during the Bamford post-match interview that you and I "discussed". It was clear even before that interview that things weren't right and that what wasn't right wasn't being addressed. Seen an interesting argument floating on Twitter that in reality we are actually a second tier side and it is fantasy to think we should be in the top league consistently given our history and percentage of time spent in both divisions.
Hope we get it right next year or we will be adding another 5-10 years minimum in the EFL
