In my opinion Watters would be more suited to Championship football. Having seen him make various sub appearances and a couple of starts, I notice how good his movement is.
What Duff has asked of Cole and Norwood isn't necessarily what suits Watters. It took Cole and Norwood till October to get up to speed. Watters hasn't had the same amount of game time as those two so he sometimes appears way off the pace or not as involved. However, his movement strikes me as one of his better assets. It's the style of football we play that perhaps doesn't suit him. It's like asking Gary Lineker to be physical and get in defenders faces pressing them to death. It just wouldn't happen.
