Listening to this, which was originally released in 1938, makes you think of the 'Green Mile' film. What a lazy hazy day of music they must have had way back then....

The 50's was mainly dominated by male vocalists as many females could just not get the corporate backing of labels and what beautiful voices we must have missed out on as they remained just backing singers....what a shame.
