Haha yeah you mean university students with PhDs working on low paid jobs, or the people working in offices doing lots of overtime, only for the company to let go of them 18 months later. Work harder is the oldest trick and lie in the book, somehow if somebody is not successful, its always there fault they did not work hard enough, absolute bull. Most people who really made it big, were in the right place at the right time, and rich families, or incredible skill, nothing to do with hard work. Despite the bull the media promote of rags to riches, people that start at the bottom only 4% make it to the top.
