Looking at standings, we are equal defensively with Wolves and one off the worst in Burnley.Brenford next
Aaronson done ok when he came on. I had been screaming for Tanaka and Gnonto from 50'. Decent performance. We could have won had it not been for a couple of silly mistakes
Jamie Pissflaps tears on sky sports absolutely yummy
Errr.....no. He was lucky with a forced change of tactics against Schitty, he would have been suicidal NOT to have played the same system against Chelski and it (and the team), worked. For at least some of this evening we resembled the team BEFORE that second half at Schitty. Thankfully, by design or more probably luck (and seeing the players wanting to "do the right thing"), we reverted to what got us three points against Chelski.
We can see what works, and I suspect the players want to do what they did against Chelski, not the negative, possession-centric, boring cr4p Farke has been drilling into them previously.
Credit will go to Farke if he gets his head out of his ar5e and takes the last couple of matches as the blueprint for the future. I'll not be holding my breath.
Credit Farke for sticking to the 3-5-2 and then changing it to 4-4-2 when 2-0 down.
Will say when he is to blame but he has got us 4 points against far superior teams on paper so massive credit is due , hopefully he has learnt from his stubbornness past.
Beg to differ. Most of the players used in the last tgree games have played regularly over weeks gone by and achieved next to f00k all. Farke was forced to change and as I said wiuld been suicidal to have reverted against Chelski. We DID revert for some of this evening's match and paid the price. Had we stuck to the tactics and style used against Chelski I'm sure we would have taken 3 points, but whatever was said at half time rendered that impossible.
As others have said, see what happens against Brentford. I'm not convinced he has (or can) change.
