You can borrow my specs if you eant gwru Ferguson is the best crosser of the ball at the club. Hes not the fastest winger but has the skills on the ball to get crosses in and chuffin good ones. I would accept he woukd find it difficult to play as a wing back but as an out and out winger or a wing back for half a game he would be fine. He is one of the more skilful players at rotherham and when he gets the ball you get the feeling he is going to get a good cross in.
Personally I don’t think Ferguson will get many 90 minute +games, a great crosser and intelligent player which we can’t afford to let go at the minute.
Hopefully he proves me wrong and plays most games for 90 minutes +
He regularly beat his man in league one, and when he didn’t he usually whipped in a brilliant cross. You decided he was old and past it though the day he signed and nothing he ever did would change your mind.
Wood isn’t stopping the progress of anyone, if Warne thought Hull was better than Wood he’d play him. I like what I’ve seen from Hull though and hope he gets his chance if and when Warne thinks he’s ready.
Even before his injury Saturday most millers fans doubted Kayode had a future with us. Some millers fans on twitter are saying bring Lamy back saying he had potential back then. I know he did but needed playing on the right. When Warney used him in league games he played him on the left. Compare Lamy then with Kayode now the former comes out well on top. You'll never change my mind about Wood & Ferguson they are surplus if we strengthen in their positions.
Oh no the ‘L’ word
I think you’re trying to get some on the hook gru so I’ll bite how can you bring Lamy up again beggars belief JJ already has more league appearances than Lamy already and Warne has said on numerous occasions he is the player other clubs enquire about the most be that on loan or otherwise
Based on that it can’t be just our management that rate him and I agree he is far from the finished article and whether he would have featured for us this campaign is debatable if we had signed another striker his injury is bad but in a way when he comes back he’ll have a part to play because by the time he returns the transfer window will have closed
As regards Lamy where is he now?
