Exactly it's only the posters with the extreme views who believe anything else. If you can't get past the relegation season and blame NA entirely then obvious you would want rid after every game since the Swindon match. Ain't happening chaps sorry.
I believe the chances of the owners changing the manager after the play off final defeat, as Durhampie would have wanted, or this any time this season was close to zero unless we were struggling in the league. We aren't. Right now as Gump says is approximately zero.
So many people on here have echoed the same thoughts, it's promotion or get rid looks like the majority (sensible) view.
Personally last season we came close enough to promotion/success with a 3rd place finish and play off final that NA deserves a second season at NL level to get promoted.

Yes can't argue with several recent posts, to change now would be crazy though I do think he's far to negative and worries about the opposition to much, then again he was very unlucky last season finishing when we was on a roll.

The club will have been operating consistently and professionally for a couple of seasons with a manageable squad size and a number of decent players, especially for the National League. The players that we have we know are capable of playing attacking and or defensive football so the squad wouldn’t need a massive overhaul either. The centre midfield will need a looking at I think but we are strong in most positions now.

Well, both can be correct in a sense, but I was referring more to the behind the scenes operations which, seemingly, are being handled much better since the takeover....I could be wrong of course but the noises that do come out of the club suggest so.Quote:

How a club operates behind the scenes dictates to a large extent how well a club operates on the pitch. We know that all too well in recent seasons sadly.
Beyond Meadow Lane there are countless examples of the connection and correlation between the two.
The importance of how a club is run is of paramount importance obviously, there are some exceptions to the following rule but overall the order for me is...
Owners>Manager>Players.
This is the main reason why I believe the future is bright now we have the current owners in situ.
