Yep, I think you are spot on with that one. Even I couldn't really stomach that attempt. Trying really hard not to slip into the concerned camp. Not there yet but if we get to the weekend without a couple in I'll probably be teetering on the brink of full on concern.

I wonder how many sleepless nights PW and the management have thinking 'how can we possibly compete?!'. We can't can we. Bloody hell.

Georgie Kelly has done everything asked of him, worked his butt off, and this isn't to discredit him, but if he is our main goal threat at the start of the season we have clearly failed to recruit at the top end of the pitch. If anyone said that at the start of the summer it would be seen as failure. Again, that isn't again him, but we desperately need more. Far too much on the guy.

Get the injuries back and that CB that has been mentioned and things will look a lot better but how are we going to score? Idk. The squad when fit isn't in a shocking place, as some would try and claim, but the goal 'threat' we pose looks so limp. I can't think of another word.

Not having a go at them personally has I know they’re doing jobs for five people but Ben who went on to Liverpool always was on the mark imo

Why can’t we keep wheeling Wood out if he’s fit enough? Judging by Kevin Ellison’s standards Woody is good for another 5 years!

When the club says we have lost out to other championship / league one clubs for players, why don't they name the players, for all we know its media pie in the sky, then perhaps these players will confirm or deny our clubs approach for their services.

Maybe they just get sick and tired of all the sh!t that gets posted about their dealings on social media. I know I would be. Even if they said "We lost out on Player A, Player B....etc." there would be a million post mortems of how crap they were, why were we in for him, how it's a joke we couldn't even sign him ahead of Rawmarsh Welfare........ad nauseum. Or maybe they just operate under mutual non-disclosure agreements like many businesses in a competitive market.

Can’t report anything when there’s nothing to report. I’m not into the naming of those who have turned us down and chosen to go elsewhere for whatever reason. It doesn’t happen in the real world so why should it happen in football.

Same old story money ruins everything. Just watching the stuff on brazilian.gold mining.and climate change. Unbelievably stupid how some people are in the human race. So chuffin sad and avoidable.
