I've seen them given Doggs. The Barnsley player looked sheepish after he had done it.

I read all forums twitter & facebook etc & amongst the least positive members of our fan base were expecting us to come unstuck but in our group we seem to judge it game by game ,but my assessment was taken over a broad church , regarding the top clubs keeping winning well yes they have apart from Plymouth , Derby, Wycombe & Wednesday against us , which has made our play off place more likely & given us confidence & being that we will surely meet one of these clubs in the play offs then the recent results will have done us no harm on that score .
Very interesting and entertaining game.
We were excellent for the first 30 mins or so then they came at us and got their first goal. We struggled for the first half of the second half and were shown that Ismael style hoofball can be difficult to play against if its done well. We just couldnt win any second balls and I thought naively we repeatedly gave away un-necessary free kicks allowing Bannan to put quality balls into our box. They could have gone ahead with these free kicks and only a couple of good blocks and a superb save from Isted prevented them from doing so.
As the game went on, I thought they tired a bit and allowed us back in and huge credit to Watters, who I havent been too impressed with previously, finished clinically and best of all that lung bursting run Kitching made to get on the end of Thomas's pass was outstanding.
A priceless 3 points gained in my opinion and lets do the same on Tuesday night. Well done to all concerned at the club.
Seperately, can anyone remember the last time we did the double over the pigs?
I agree SB I’ve seen them given but I’m please common sense won.
I’ve just spent an enjoyable hour on owls talk and talk about a roller coaster, there chin we’re on the floor then when they pulled it back to 2-2 they were going on to win it:) but they didn’t:)
Every other post was grumbling about the ref or slagging off their players:) and of course there was the inevitable ‘Barnsley’s cup final’
I think they’ll go up as champions so they’re going to be unbearable next season, they’re so massive they’ll walk the championship.
Some great footage on YouTube from fans doing vlogs, notably 'Barnsley on Tour' is a recommended watch. A good young lad who follows the Reds home and away vlogging our games. He captured the atmosphere brilliantly last night and is a young man who talks sense and shows maturity for his age. He deserves more subscribers.
Good one here too Pass .
