I didn't think the performance against Torquay was miserable at all. It was very even game, imperfect for sure but certainly entertaining.
The only thing miserable about it was the result IMO.

Been going down the Lane since 76 and I lost interest when we left the football league, cheers Hardy. I haven't attended a game since and have no plans to do so in the future. I listen to games on the radio and even that is becoming hard. I listened on Saturday but had to go out at half time. By the the time I got to where I was going checked the score and was shocked to see we'd turned a 1-0 lead to a 1-4 lose!!
It seems we're trying to play a style of football that the players don't have the skills to perform. This is non league football and needs a more direct approach. Like Warnock did to get us up the leagues then adjust as you go. I'm planning on moving back to Cornwall so any chance of seeing a game again will be slim....unless we end up in the same league as Truro City!
