My thoughts BB: we should all try not to get too involved in the things in life that we can’t change. Eat well, get exercise and fresh air, if you can. Speak to your GP if things are bad and there are helplines out there too. Go easy on the booze too unless the Dandies win the league 😅. Enjoy the simple things in life as we can all attach too much importance to material possessions, at times. Do things that are productive and make you happy and try to avoid the rest.
