SM addressed that to some degree in the post Swindon presser, by pointing out we've purposely signed players with a level of versatility. And I'd still say our squad is significantly better than last season, and looking well competitive for our level.
ALL L2 clubs will have similarly uneven squads. Some will have far lower quality first XI choices as well. Are you expecting too much of Notts?

He's a top player but hasn't had the best luck with injury
Might be one to look at on a deal heavily skewed on appearance money
Would be a good replacement for Nemane
