Anyone getting the feeling that we are gonna get the outcome without even knowing the hearing has taken place?.I cannie blame them for shrouding this in secrecy,none of the panel would ever have normality if the Hearts fans found out who they were unless they won of course.

Rumour is it's getting under way today.

No "ehm outraged" statement from Bride of Chuckie today, but then it's only lunchtime. Maybe her cleaner's off sick and she's got a big wash to do.

Hearts fans were getting outraged (it's pretty much a permanent state now) at the delay and wanting interdicts served, Lord Clark to dance it back to court for them but name luck because as long as it's completed by August 1st it complies with his requirements.
The outcome is binding and if it goes against Hearts they can't get it back to court unless they could prove the Arbitration panel acted against the laws set down for it.

What i find amazing is the Hearts staff not even training yet,you would think if they are on a winner preparation's and friendlies would be underway as they kick off in a fortnight.
