That's the point. The crematorium model was based on StJ running a successful catering business based on conferences and after funeral catering. Good car parking availability is essential if you are trying to cater for post funeral functions.Quote:

Sorry Rross. Maybe poor post from me. He said that the StJ model was worth the equivalent of x number of ST sales. I thought he said that this meant that StJ actually had the equivalent to 6500 STs. I took the difference between 6500 and 3500 which I thought at the time was their actual ST sales and multiplied the 3000 by ?350 to get a cash figure. The point was that the catering and conference facilities were based in McDermid. That's the additional income stream, not the profits of running a crematorium.Quote:
