Although we'll always have fond memories of him scoring that cracker against your lot with the header that seemed about 25 yards out...Not all bad then eh. >;)
And by extension apportioning blame on the FA for Wednesday's financial mismanagement. Which I repeat, is ludicrous.Quote:

At the time Jones dropped COG and subsequently got rid of him I would have agreed with you, he was in form and effective. He didn't finish last season in great form though and despite playing in most of Brighton's games he has scored less goals that May, Nuhiu and Madine.Quote:

So to summarise rov, the skinny of what you're saying is that football's ills are down to the FA / Football League not imposing a minimum wage.
It's not happening anytime soon - so Wednesday are left to make sure that revenue coming in is at least in the same ball park as the outgoings. Mandaric is failing at this simple economic principle. You need to accept this and stop excusing his poor Chairmanship.
As for your claim that Nuhiu is a better player than O'Grady. I don't know you rov but I'd wager YOU'RE a better player than Nuhiu. Sticking a lamppost just outside the D would wield the same success as giving Nuhiu a game.

kinda makes your arguement sound a bit silly...
as usual. ;)
as for football clubs keeping a grip of there outgoings, remind us
