If Steve Thompson ever got the Notts managers job again (for the 3rd time!!!) I'd have to go back to the infamous Mike Tyson next strengthening exercise routine in time for "The Hoof".
We certainly wouldn't need midfielders under 6ft, so Doyle and Reeves would be gone and all our many fullbacks could prove useful launching it diagonally to the front men.

The timing of the dismissal was a bit surprising - many expected him to go after the Kings Lynn game. I suspect it didn't happen then because the Reedtz brothers got to work on lining up their alternatives right then.
They could have given him a couple of league games more after last night's draw - but clearly didn't want to see him gain victories against Hornchurch and Aldershot...This, plus the fact they've made a point of saying 'no applications' suggests that the new regime is already decided. We're going to find out a lot more about the pretty mysterious Reedtz brothers once this pick is revealed.
