...well phuck me sideways...I didnae see that one coming! Hopefully we can build on that!
Where’s Shedka, our local and default HFB (Harkes Fan Boy)?
I honestly thought we could get pumped tonight, just relieved with Killie and County winning lately, most fans have been asking for Sibbald to start as he is closest we have to a defensive mid or someone that holds their position. Watt benefitting from guess what - playing in the box- but boy he is so slow/lazy, struggles to press, and sorry, but the keeper is an absolute bombscare from crosses and going to cost us. Still, delighted and relieved, but long way to go.
Excellent performance, after the sheep miss of the season. Passing, movement and the will to get in where it may hurt, either physically or in a football sense, just a wee blip during the 2nd half when we sat back a bit and let them play. The pressure we put them under during the second half when they had the ball in their left back/midfield area and couldn't clear it was a joy to watch. More of this play and attitude required for the rest of the season, and less of the booing when a player comes on as sub. 3 well earned points but plenty work still to be done.
Some glaring problems fixed and we win a game. Who'd have thought it eh?! Play without Sibald and we lose that game easy. Ive always said we are only a couple of players short of a good side but the positions of these missing players are so *****. We 100% still need a new keeper and midfielder to play when Sibald doesn't but at least the manager has actually noticed our issues. Onwards and upwards, 3 points absolutely relieves us of so much pressure now.
I dont know why but V.I.T.A.L was the word censored
On my 2nd hangover but who cares, more of this please and less of Harkes.
Oh and feck the sheep, btw where are they gloating chunts now?
