Perfect performance, not much more anyone could say about that!

Just on the way back up to Mancland with my Dad after the game.
We were talking in the car and speculating about Southend as it was a worrying fixture on paper. However, that was a complete performance from Notts and we gave them very little to go off.
Thought Bostock had his best game in a Notts shirt so far, so that's another positive as I've been unsure about him since he signed.
The only negative was a little bit of sloppiness passing out from the back again, but that's how we play and ultimately, it seems to work. It's high risk but generally pays off because of the forward play we are capable of.
Thanks for another brilliant night Notts!
P.S. Good luck to Southend, hope they get themselves out if the **** financially. Notts have been there on a few occasions and it's a horrible feeling.
I just hope that Wrexham don't get a penalty when we play them at their ground or a ref get's deceived into giving one if Mullin goes down. No doubt Notts will identify all the penalties he has won for Wrexham this season. The question is how do you mitigate it because if he goes down the entire stadium is going to call it. Let's hope we get a good strong referee for this game that the fixture deserves.
I'd have that video playing in the Notts dressing room on repeat from now until the end of the season and say that's your motivation to go on and win this league because cheats like that will and should never prosper. Let's win the title playing our classy winning brand of football. A team with a better striker in it in McCaulay Langstaff who's scored 32 goals of all different kinds and all without falling over and trying to get a penalty every game.
Sublime tonight, really liking the look of Jones, looks a gem of a signing.
I can't remember the last time I have seen us play better than that. Fantastic every part of the pitch. Interested in Durhams comments on Bostock who I thought was absolutely superb along with Jones both look inspired signings. Every player put in a shift and we simply played Southend off the park in every single area. Couple of dicey moments at the end but I was left wondering if this is actually Notts County I was watching at the end. As it looked more like Barcelona. Fantastic stuff.
