[Kilmarnock are considering requesting a postponement to their Premiership match against Aberdeen on Sunday to aid their bid to qualify for the Conference League.
The Ayrshire side travel to face FC Copenhagen in Denmark on Thursday night in the play-off round before the return leg at Rugby Park a week later.
A trip to Pittodrie is sandwiched in between and Killie believe, with millions of pounds riding on European qualification, a postponement would benefit the club and Scottish football and are planning to make their case to the Scottish Professional Football League.]
Can anyone recall any other teams being accommodated like this?
Didn't Aberdeen have a fixture rearranged before the 1983 Cup Winner's Cup final? We didn't play on the Saturday before the game.

As for clubs who rearranged games, I mind when a couple of teams from Glasgow had their opening league games postponed so they could play lucrative pre-season games abroad.
