03.01.2014 - Ken Malley: The PST board has unanimously agreed to accept a 450k injection of cash from the clubs President Investors to enable essential, long overdue safety work on Fratton Park to be completed. As a result of the additional investment, the PST remains the majority shareholder in the club with 52.7% of the shares.

10.04.2014 - Ashley Brown: The PST currently owns just under 51% of the club with a group of 11 presidents making up the remaining share.

And, as the LNWs prepare to fund a few jumpers for goalposts at some flooded field they will claim is 'training facilities', the PDT shareholding is poised to drop below the magical 50% figure.

About the same as we always have I imagine ... not a lot.

Who says we need to? Apart from Wupert (and even he started off OK) I can't think why we would want to be run like a feckless cooperative. ?

I would imagine that share ownership fluctuates, just like it does in any other business.

I wonder what percentage of the debt, owed by SFC, was paid off by the fans after wooperts weign?
