Exactly what did happen last night, was, he dicked a centre half for the 5th time in 3 games this season (in that ****e Everton defender) which should not be a shock to anyone. As surley the same people who go along with him being world class, must watch Sky, as they tell you the opini
I would class Suarez as "world class", not many better strikers in the world at the moment. If you were to make a World XI I think he would be one of the front two.

I jst dont think he gets in ahead of Ronaldo or Messi. He would have to be better than those 2. Win numerous leagues, European Cups. At the momemt he is a top class player, who hasnt helped his side win anything. Thats what sets those lads apart. Suarez is good, very good. I think the 2 lads have earnt the title of world class. Suarez has lots yet to do to put himself ahead. He is behind therefore not as good. He may well get there. He would have to leave these shores thats for sure and play in Spain.
I didnt think he was world class a day ago. 2 goals playing against Phil Jaglielka hasnt changed my opinion.
Suarez most definetly up in the world class .just because the other "10" he plays with doesnt bring European titles etc etc is nothing to do with it..tats not his fault..as we all know its a team game... ..the guy knows what he has to do and delivers ..
two chances ..bang ..my job is done ..thats the difference..hes world class .. stands out football wise big time ..despite his failings ... medals mean nowt ..
IMO ...I think the one significant that has linked the true world class players in every generation ...Zidane, Maradonna, Cryuff,Pele, Beckenbauer, Puskas etc ...is the medals, the trophies. Some truly wonderfully gifted players played in each of those players generations. Those players stood out above the rest. That's world class. I feel the phrase is used out of context, not in any way saying anything other than Suarez is a fantastic player. Just ...again imo...Not head and shoulders better than anyone on the planet.
Whilst I cannot disagree with Champs in that many superlatives are bandied about in this modern game, more often than not well over the top. I see Suarez as a talismanic figure who very clearly inspires his side to lift themselves. In addition, I cannot see very many other world sides that he could not readily be seen to be not in the mix for a starting place.
This probably determines him as being the 'world class player' many see him as, not necessarily 'a best of in the world'.
My own 'sticking point' is the infamous Maradonna!, in my own view: maybe the most dynamic player I have ever had the pleasure (yes pleasure) to watch.
I care not really for the hand of god issue, it does not detract for me his overriding abilities. A rash action, not necessarily 'planned'.
The same could be said for T Henry, a duff player because of one cynical ill thought out act???
As we are talking about the modern game and discussing "world class" surely Suarez is well and truly up there..or do we keep raising the bar to a point that that Messi isnt world class because he hasnt done it on the World level ..?
I thought his was SEWERAGE..he's a world class SH)T..
