"OK, well this goes back to prior the takeover when Micah Hall received a SLAPP for the article on the Najadis. (That Hall extrapolated beyond the research done on them was regretable).

So there was fundraising for Hall to fight this legal action which was held by the 12thMan account run by Tom Dearie. Some of the fund was spent but there remained £3k sitting in the account. The funds remit was to be spent on legal costs or if not needed to go into the Trust.

Late 2013 saw the 12thMan adopted into the PST so effectively the PST became the accountable body for the money and it became a part of its accounts.

So every PST board meeting Steve Tovey the treasurer reported the 12thMan accounts until he stopped doing so in the spring of 2014.

The reason why he stopped doing so was because he and Dearie had given the £3k to Hall for his personal situation an

Even PDT board member Mike Saunders has revealed his [deceitful] true colours over the whole 'matter of principle' affair.

£3k of charitable donations gets misappropriated - or £2,900, to be accurate - and World War Three breaks out. Surprising reactions considering the PDT are simply carrying on in the manner to which the blue few have clearly become accustomed over the past few years.

Makes me wonder how they'll react when they discover their 'shares' are nothing more than utterly worthless scraps of paper.

Surely they realise that infighting, bickering, threats of legal action, resignations and bare-faced lies (from serving PDT board members) is pretty much what you'd expect when a bunch of champagne quaffing tyre kickers and chancers try to be involved in the running of a football club ?

Still, watching the meltdown as the PDT board air their grievances in public is a joy to behold - tinpot doesn't even come close.

Try telling that to most Skates who visit here and bang on about when Southampton Leisure Holdings went into admin...the point here is that Pompey and its trusts etc seem to learn nothing from the past, I shouldn't be surprised as Pompey fans only ever talk of the past anyway.
